As part of its pioneering service programme, Medybiz provides Disease State Management (DSM). Disease State Management service is a unique system of coordinated healthcare communication & intervention modules for patients with chronic illnesses. Medybiz serves these patients through various Counselor based Programmes as well as ancillary services Programmes including Path Lab, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Diet Management etc.
Some of the chronic illnesses managed by Medybiz through its DSM programme includes Diabetes, Cardiology, Oncology, Osteoarthritis, Osteoporosis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Tuberculosis, Neurology amongst others.

To impart patient care through its DSM programme Medybiz has a dedicated team of well-trained technical professionals comprising of pharmacists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dieticians. This team provides an on-going interface between the patient, doctors and partners.

The DSM programme of Medybiz is based on a patient-centric service model, wherein all the services a patient requires are provided at the doorsteps. Our team ensures that the patient is provided personal counseling on a  regular basis by the company’s medical counselors through telephone calls or personal visits. Moreover, the DSM team also ensures that the medicine dosage is continuously monitored and the patient’s medicines are delivered to their doorstep. A team of Patient Care Executives helps monitor and track the patients’ compliance to the therapy 24x7. Medybiz has partnered with several Indian and multinational pharmaceutical companies and serviced over 3,00,000 patients through this Programme.

As part of our future growth plan, Medybiz is now diversifying into Health Risk Assessment (HRA) and General Health Management (GHM) segments of healthcare. It will offer its HRA and GHM services to corporates, insurance companies, hospitals institutions and nursing homes. Medybiz also plans to launch web-based services for patient education, medical advice & counseling.
